Vacation Leave Policy +

Time-Off Request

Hey, remember, it's all about the balance. We're big fans of taking chill breaks to recharge. If you're full-time, you've got a sweet deal with 15 paid vacation days per year. After three months of being enrolled, you can request time off. The first step is to share your plans with your hiring manager/client and get their approval. If you have the green light, just shoot your vacation requests to timeoff@zagalabs.com at least 30 days ahead.
Once it’s done, our managers will give the thumbs up, and let's try to work the dates to keep the team vibe strong.
