Punctuality

Punctuality generates trust, make sure you can make it to all your meetings. Be available 1-2 minutes early if possible. If something major comes up, communicate it before the meeting starts.

Participation

Be actively involved in meetings. Don’t overdo it but don’t fly below the radar. You must take the meetings in quiet places, not in the street or commuting to any place. To work with us, you must have a very strong internet connection, at least 120 GB of uninterrupted connection.

Attention

Pay undivided attention to all meetings. No cell phones, chat or development work should be done in parallel. If you need to do something with urgency, related to your project or an emergency happen, excuse yourself and leave the meeting.

Cameras On

In general,  turn on your camera. A good indication is if almost everyone else has it turned on, yours should be on as well!
